This place at Nerang looked a lot different once we had finished with it. We cleaned up, rendered and painted the outside; installed a new kitchen, new bathroom; we also painted, tiled, carpeted inside. Check out the before and after shots below:
The renovation took 11 days and was finished at 9.30am Thursday and was listed on the market for sale at 10.30am. Day 9 and we are nearing the end of this renovation with the carpet being laid, bathroom being painted, preparing of the driveway, the lawns mowed (a bit wet), and removal of all rubbish. Jeremy & I cannot wait for this renovation to be over … We are both exhausted and need a holiday!
What an absolute miserable wet day 5 to lay the new turf and to finish off the painting of the house, however it looks fantastic now that they are both done.
The bobcat has done quick work of the backyard and helped me removed alot of rubbish off the site. In the afternoon however the shies opened up and it poured down with rain, turned it into one big mud pit.
A sneak peak at the backyard before the bobcat comes … We are clearing the backyard by cutting back all the trees and getting a bobcat in to remove the old grass ready for re-turfing and a new stone driveway.

It is amazing the effect of removal all the pergola walls has made to this area as it has let so much more light in and brighten up the whole area with a nice breeze coming through.
